The pen to paper and seat-to-seat connection where writing is:

WHO: My Mission is to provide WOMEN a safe and supportive environment in which to find their own voices.

WHAT: The Write Place offers two types of writing groups for women. All ages, levels of experience, and genres are welcome.

Write to Grow focuses on personal growth.
It's an opportunity to:
  • schedule time for yourself
  • develop a deeper sense of yourself through writing
  • learn to trust your mind and your voice
This is a workshop for women interested in self-discovery. Participants write in class from prompts designed to help them explore their inner selves.

Write Now focuses on creative writing.
It's the opportunity to:
  • learn more about the craft of writing
  • gain perspective on your own writing
  • gain confidence in your own voice
This is a workshop following the Amherst Writers and Artists (AWA) Method. Judith K. Bingham is an AWA Affiliate, certified to lead workshops in the AWA method as described in Writing Alone & With Others by Pat Schneider, Oxford University Press.
